Responsibilities
- Manage patient intake and appointment scheduling for evening clinic hours
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle patient registration, insurance verification, and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and secure messaging
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certificate preferred
- 1+ years of patient-facing healthcare experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced evening environment
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Flexibility to work 4 evening shifts weekly (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
