Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and night hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash transactions accurately
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels during overnight shifts
- Ensure facility security and safety protocols are followed throughout the night
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Document daily activities and prepare shift reports for management review
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work flexible evening/night shifts (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
