Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet visitors and customers warmly, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate areas.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility during evening hours.
- Communication: Liaise with evening staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Event Support: Help set up and manage events or community gatherings as required in the evenings.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle basic data entry or phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the premises to ensure a safe environment for all visitors and staff.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, specifically between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
