- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions within our CRM system.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support resolutions to ensure service excellence standards are met.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand over critical tickets seamlessly.
- Stay updated on product features and updates to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a related field.
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment with high internet reliability.
