Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries received during evening and night hours with professionalism and empathy.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently under time pressure.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity and information sharing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment during quiet periods.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
- Provide exceptional service to all clients, including students and part-time employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; current college students are welcome to apply.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
