Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and chat during evening hours (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Process orders, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve billing concerns
- Maintain detailed customer interaction logs in our CRM system
- Collaborate with overnight support teams for seamless service transitions
- Adhere to security protocols for sensitive customer data
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (current students welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Desert Sky Drive location
- Basic computer proficiency with Windows OS
- Availability to work 3-4 evening shifts weekly (minimum 20 hours)
