Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve beverages/food according to standards
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Collaborate with team members for seamless service delivery
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old (students welcome)
- Availability for 3-4 evenings per week (Mon-Thu)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to Frenchmen Street location
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
