Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with accuracy and speed.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization during evening shifts.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
