Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during evening shifts.
- Assist with data entry, inventory tracking, and order processing to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace for all team members.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless daily operations handover.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors arriving during peak evening hours.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and basic financial reporting.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
