Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently during night hours.
- Process orders, invoices, and data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as required.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, or chat promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and rotating night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is highly preferred.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
