Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Process orders, update inventory records, and ensure data accuracy in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve service issues and improve customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in training new part-time staff members during shift transitions.
- Monitor system performance and report any technical anomalies to the IT department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or administrative support is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
