Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude during high-volume weekend periods.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts to ensure product availability.
- Handle cash and card transactions with strict adherence to company security policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace for both staff and customers.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills are necessary.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
