Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening and weekend operations
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements for high-volume periods
- Prepare and present premium beverage and food offerings
- Maintain immaculate venue standards and safety protocols

- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records

Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of beverage service and food safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid DC Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old
