Responsibilities
- Execute flawless guest experiences at premium Anchorage events
- Manage VIP registrations and priority access protocols
- Coordinate vendor logistics and setup/breakdown procedures
- Implement safety protocols for high-traffic venues
- Deliver premium beverage service at luxury functions
- Manage crisis situations with discretion and professionalism
- Document post-event performance metrics for client feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years high-end hospitality or event experience
- Alaska Food Handler & TIPS certification required
- Exceptional communication under pressure skills
- Ability to stand 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Valid Alaska driver's license with clean record
- Black-tie attire maintenance capability
- Experience with crowd control for 100+ guests
- Alaska residency preferred
