Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at entrances, registration desks, and activity stations
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety compliance
- Operate AV equipment and assist with setup/breakdown
- Handle ticketing and credential verification procedures
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Collaborate with vendors and fellow staff for seamless execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license for transportation to venues
- Professional appearance with reliable black/dark attire
