Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure attendee satisfaction at all event checkpoints
- Manage guest flow, ticket scanning, and venue access control efficiently
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event equipment and décor
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with venue teams and vendors to execute seamless event logistics
- Monitor crowd safety and report any security concerns to management
- Represent brand standards through polished appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress code standards
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and emergency procedures
