Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at venue entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and event guides to attendees
- Assist with crowd control and maintain safe event environments
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Set up and break down event spaces including stages and seating
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor inventory levels and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems (training provided)
