Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfersMaintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of careRespond to emergency situations following protocolsAssist with medication administration under supervisionConduct patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or EMT certification preferred
- 1+ years of healthcare or caregiving experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
