Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with warm, professional service
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our digital systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and solutions
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area standards
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Collaborate with night shift team for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM, weekends required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the US
