Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at entertainment venues including check-ins, ticket scanning, and venue guidance
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and positivity
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe guest areas
- Collaborate with security and event staff for seamless operations
- Assist with crowd control and emergency protocols as needed
- Track inventory and report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and POS system aptitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to off-strip locations
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Nevada Gaming License preferred but not required
