Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our digital systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Process secure payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Assist with special events and group bookings during evening shifts
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
