Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our property management system
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for coordinated operations
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Conduct evening property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Update guest profiles and preferences in our digital systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays reliably
- Basic proficiency with hotel management software (training provided)
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
