Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at VIP entrances, coat checks, and guest registration
- Manage venue crowd control and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including furniture arrangement and equipment checks
- Process cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Coordinate with venue staff and security teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors in real-time
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Flexible availability Wednesday-Sunday evenings (5 PM - 2 AM)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and ticket scanning
