Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with exceptional customer service during evening events
- Manage venue operations including seating, ticket scanning, and crowd control
- Coordinate with vendors and team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Troubleshoot guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare venues before and after events including setup and breakdown
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 12 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Professional appearance and punctuality
