Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails regarding orders, products, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process sales transactions and returns accurately using our POS systems.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Provide product recommendations and information to enhance the shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation is required for this position.
