As a Weekend Customer Experience Associate, you will be the face of our brand, creating memorable interactions for our local community. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable retail experience while enjoying the flexibility of weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with their needs efficiently.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing stockrooms.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Support team members during peak weekend hours to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
