Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding in-person and phone customer support during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Process transactions, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Assist with facility operations including inventory management and light cleaning
- Contribute to community outreach initiatives during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred

- Reliable transportation and consistent evening availability
