Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Process transactions, bookings, and account modifications with precision
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure consistent service quality
- Update customer records in CRM systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and communicate to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
