Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Resolve billing issues, reservation concerns, and service complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments, bookings, and account modifications using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with on-site staff to coordinate special requests and emergency situations
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records for quality assurance and reporting
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Uphold company standards for service excellence during all interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in hospitality or retail
