Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Process reservations, bookings, and special requests with precision and professionalism
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate guest records in our CRM system
- Support venue operations during evening events and peak hours
- Contribute to continuous improvement of guest experience protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
