Responsibilities
- Manage guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for evening functions
- Maintain detailed records of guest feedback and operational incidents
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards during service hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work 3-5 evenings per week (including weekends)
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and point-of-sale software
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
