Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve product inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Contribute to team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
