Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our internal database.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, whether remote or office-based.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows.
- Reliable internet connection is required for remote candidates.
