- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to maintain visual standards.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash deposits and perform daily cash reconciliation procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
