Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the evening shift.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and continuity of service.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without supervision.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
