Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchase transactions in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor the sales floor to ensure it is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
