As an Evening Part-Time Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. You will be the face of our brand during our peak evening hours, ensuring every client interaction is professional and positive.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow and information continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Students Welcome!).
- Availability to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
