Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and professionalism, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve product or service issues.
- Identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions to our clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
