Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process client registrations, payments, and service inquiries with accuracy
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed records using our proprietary CRM system

Qualifications
