Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organized service areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak rush periods
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Support inventory management and restocking tasks
Qualifications
- Must be available for evenings and weekends (minimum 20 hours/week)
