Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across resort amenities (concierge, valet, and recreation)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for weekend guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Operate resort booking systems and inventory management tools
- Assist with event setup and weekend activity coordination
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) 8am-4pm or 4pm-12pm
- Basic POS system proficiency or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for valet role)
- Flexible schedule during peak holiday periods
- Positive attitude under pressure with attention to detail
