Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest experiences at weekend events and venues
- Manage ticket scanning, seating coordination, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown during shift transitions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or event hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic POS/cash handling knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
- Must pass background check
