Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Administer medications as per care plan instructions
- Transport clients to appointments or social outings
- Maintain detailed care documentation
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and companionship
- Adhere to HIPAA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability 3+ evenings per week (4pm-12pm shifts)
