Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Ensure exceptional customer service during evening rush hours
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee station
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team members for smooth shift transitions
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (3 PM - 11 PM), weekends required
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Reliable transportation to Pike Place location
- No prior barista experience necessary
- Food Handler's Permit preferred (will assist with acquisition)
