Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced evening setting
- Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness of workstations
- Process cash and digital payments accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team during peak evening rushes
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (if applicable)
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown SF
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
