As an Evening Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our venue runs smoothly during the evening hours. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with people.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and handover of tasks.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the facility is tidy, safe, and welcoming for all evening visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and some weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is a plus.
