Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves during evening shifts.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process transactions.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean, and safe.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security checks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
