Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Stock shelves and maintain the visual appearance of the store to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Perform basic inventory counts and report stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Cash handling duties, including balancing the register at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a POS system.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
