- Operate Point-of-Sale Systems: Accurately handle cash transactions, process credit/debit cards, and manage digital payments.
- Stock and Merchandise: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure store goals are met efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns calmly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary to management.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; Students are welcome to apply.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a history of consistent attendance.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with using mobile payment devices.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
