Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process payments accurately.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves during downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide training.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to get to our Oakland location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
